  • Our team members are trained and sign off privacy and confidentially agreements to ensure honesty is maintained at all times. Further, clients can trust us with honest reporting and accurate billing. Should a breakage occur, clients could expect a call from us right away? We want our clients to know everything pertaining to their service with us.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

    We have a 2 hour charge for any cancellations or amendments that are not within the 24 hour scheduled time.
